Specimens (c.1925-1935)
These specimens were prepared in very limited numbers to be sent to the UPU for distribution among the member countries for their archive. These stamps were being placed in the archive books by mounting or directly affixed to pages, thus many of the remaining stamps with SPECIMEN overprint are washed of the pages and have no gum.
The following stamps are all with their gums washed off. All are in F-VF quality unless otherwise noted. The stamps offered here are the stamps shown in the images and by clicking on each image you may see their supersized images for your consideration.
