24 May 1880 - 10 Shahis blue & black, perf. 13, bisected and used as 5sh stamp tied by SABZEVAR 24/5 postmark with an identical postmark alongside to front of a cover (front only) to Teheran, where on 24 July 1880, the cover was re-used with inside turned out and sent to Sabzevar. Extremely rare usage as only a few covers known with bisected 10sh franking, VF.
