Registered cover from Tehran to Surrey (England) sent by Captain James of British Telegraph Office franked with 1ch lilac, 2ch gray, 3ch green, 5ch rose-red, 10ch pale brown, 12ch blue, and 1kr purple (perforated 11.5 x 11)tied by "TEHERAN-DEPART 16/12" postmarks. Cover showing London receiving postmark of "30 DC 02".
This is the ONLY known cover used at this date.
