5th June 1884 - Registered cover from Tehran to Tiflis (Russia) via Tabriz, franked with 1881 Lithographed one Shahi (5 Cent.) perforated 12 x 13, Two Shahis (10 Cent.) perforated 13, and 1882 (Nov.) issue 5sh perf. 13 and 10sh perf.12. All tied by "TEHERAN 5/6" postmarks.

This is probably the only cover known with this combination franking paid 6 Shahis foreign letter rate and 12 Shahis registration fee.
